Shrewsbury continues to build on its success in the Britain in Bloom UK Finals, having proudly achieved an RHS Gold award on the national stage in 2025.

In 2026, Shrewsbury will take part in the Heart of England in Bloom campaign, with vibrant floral displays being introduced across the town from early June to enhance our streets and public spaces.

Shrewsbury Town Council is once again inviting local businesses to take part in this award-winning initiative by ordering hanging baskets to brighten their premises and contribute to the town’s overall display.

The price for 2026 has been frozen at £50 + VAT per basket. This includes preparation, installation, removal at the end of the season, and regular watering throughout the summer months—providing a hassle-free way to support the town’s floral efforts.

Even if your business already has displays, taking part helps create a consistent and colourful look across the town, reinforcing Shrewsbury’s reputation as the “Town of Flowers.”

Orders must be placed by Friday 29th May 2026 to guarantee availability.
Our team will take care of installation and maintenance—businesses simply need to ensure baskets are accessible for watering and positioned safely.
